A Spanish bus overturned on a mountain road in the French Pyrenees, in which two people died and 14 were injured, AFP reported, quoted by dariknews.bg.
Rescuers from Spain and Andorra joined the operation to provide aid to the injured after the accident near the resort of Porte-Puimorens at 2,000 m above sea level.
The regional prefecture reported that 7 of the injured were in serious condition.
The bus was carrying 46 passengers and the driver when it overturned, the prefecture said. 4 rescue helicopters were dispatched to airlift the injured from the scene as ambulances battled their way up the winding road to the ski resort.
