The mining and processing plant, located east of the city of Dimitrov, is under the full control of Russian troops, Igor Kimakovsky, advisor to the head of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR), told TASS, reports Focus.
According to him, the facility has become a fortified area for Ukrainian forces, which was of tactical importance for the further defense of Dimitrov.
„We liberated the mining and processing plant, located east of Dimitrov, from the Ukrainian armed forces. "It was an important fortification for the defense of the city," Kimakovskiy stressed.
There is currently no independent confirmation of the information, and the Ukrainian side has not published an official position on the matter.
