Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will soon visit the Ukrainian capital Kiev. This was reported by the Turkish publication Türkiye, citing diplomatic sources, Focus reports.
According to the information, the visit will take place “in the coming days“ and is at the invitation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The main topics on the agenda of the meeting will be achieving peace in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the signing of a free trade agreement between Ankara and Kiev.
The publication also quotes Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Nariman Celalya, according to whom the agreement has the potential to expand economic cooperation between the two countries and open up new opportunities for trade.
