Nikolai Popov, the father of Siyana, who died in the accident, is creating a civil movement that will unite people around "one very important thing-GOOD". He announced this in a post on social networks, quoted by dariknews.bg.
According to him, the civil movement is open to "any people and will not be a party".
Popov explained that the civil movement will unite like-minded people with different party orientations, different religions and different interests.
"Only together can we make the desired change", Popov concluded.
