Rumen Radev expects that Russia will hit us, because it is an aggressor that is not clear how far it will stop its aggression. This is what media expert Georgi Lozanov said on the air of Nova TV.
„There is something disturbing in the rhetoric that Radev adheres to - it is disturbing for three reasons,” Lozanov continued. According to him, the president's rhetoric tries to equate the parties, “as if one is not the aggressor”.
In his words, this happens during elections, so that people choose “in a situation of fear, not freedom”. Lozanov concluded with the argument that “Radev's interests and way of speaking are very similar to those of Putin and his entourage.
Political scientist Slavi Vasilev believes that “Radev is a military man unlike other politicians” and therefore ironically proposes that the declaration be signed by the deputies.
„The escalation of the situation is the reason why the president told the deputies to be careful what they say”, the political scientist added. According to him, Putin must be “not himself to face NATO”, but Georgi Lozanov reminded that the Russian president claimed that he would not attack Ukraine either.
„If we were not in NATO, Putin would already be here”, Lozanov said regarding Bulgaria's security.
