Rumen Yonchev: Bulgaria is going back 4 years

"It is possible to have a majority between GERB and DPS. Boyko Borisov Prime Minister, Peevski - Speaker of the National Assembly. The President Radev - in the third part of the power. The president will play a corrective role, a serious opposition will be formed - left and right", commented Petar Mutafchiev

In the words of the leader of the ZNS Rumen Yonchev, the election race seems impersonal.

"Instead of election campaign and debates related to economy, finance and foreign investment, the key words are "billboards" and "cash", commented Yonchev in the program "Denya ON AIR".

The former Minister of Transport Petar Mutafchiev agreed with Yonchev's words and added that Bulgaria does not have a doctrine for its development as a country.

"The US said: "We have a clear decision and we will not allow our weapons to be used to shell the territory of Russia. There are countries with which we must maintain good relations, in within which to preserve the Bulgarian interest", Mutafchiev told Bulgaria ON AIR.
Yonchev emphasized that Europe and America are no longer the same - Europe must look for its own interests and find them independently without the USA.

"The important question is what will happen to Bulgaria in the coming years and none of the candidates answers. In the previous term, the characters were the same. They stood together, negotiated, distributed positions, power, humiliated Denkov, but he was part of this conversation. Those same people will sit down and understand each other", said Yonchev.
According to Mutafchiev, after the elections there is an opportunity to ensure a stable Euro-Atlantic majority of two or three parties.

"It is possible to have a majority between GERB and DPS. Boyko Borisov Prime Minister, Peevski - Speaker of the National Assembly. President Radev - in the third part of the power. The president will play the role of a corrective, a serious opposition will be formed - left and right", Mutafchiev commented.

Yonchev pointed out that GERB leader Boyko Borsov is aware that a GERB-DPS alliance alone is not in his favor.
"By drawing the line, Bulgaria goes back 4 years, people were laundered and will return to the main front line in the National Assembly. It's a pity that the energy was wasted in 4 years of attempts to change", Yonchev thinks.

According to Mutafchiev, whatever formula is chosen - there will be no prospect of a stable policy in the interest of Bulgarian citizens.
