The candidate for interim prime minister, Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva, spoke with the previous interim minister of internal affairs.
Kalin Stoyanov has presented a detailed analysis of what has been done so far, reports BNT.
He stated that he was under the impression that Grancharova was under strong political pressure not to be the next interior minister.
"If someone thinks that through the Ministry of the Interior they can fix the votes in his favor, they are seriously mistaken. In recent days, we have witnessed that some political leaders are publicly looking for an interior minister who would regain the lost approximately 300 thousand votes from the last elections. I want to assure them that it is very difficult to find such an expert," Stoyanov emphasized.
In his words, Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva will hold talks with other potential candidates for the position.
"In my opinion, there is an opportunity for another person to fill this position. I don't know who the other candidates are for the post," added Stoyanov.
