Vigil in memory of the 16-year-old boy who died after falling with an electric scooter took place this evening in Pleven, dariknews.bg reported.
Relatives, friends and classmates of Michael gathered on "Three pines" street. in the "Druzhba" neighborhood, at the place where the accident happened on the evening of August 27. They left flowers, lit candles and observed a moment of silence in memory of the young man.
The case is being investigated by the District Prosecutor's Office in Pleven, because the incident occurred because of an excavation filled with aggregates on a street in the "Druzhba" district, which is unsafe. Its purpose was to connect to the water supply network. During the pre-trial proceedings, eyewitnesses were also questioned, forensic medical and auto technical expertise was appointed.
