"134 people were there, there was a quorum for the decision on Nineveh. There was no desire for her exclusion - but Mrs. Ninova defiantly refused to comply with a decision of the National Council to provide a power of attorney for the party's representation, he specified.
"Ms Ninova literally came out and said: Punish me. Not literally - she came out and declared that she will not implement the decision of the National Council," Ivanov said.
