Heavy traffic on the country's roads is expected on the first of three holidays. There will be increased police control, BNT reported.
Over 300 cameras and 700 patrols will be on the lookout for problems. From "Traffic Police" will penalize aggressive drivers on the highways. Patrols will monitor for risky driving and speeding. There will also be increased checks for alcohol.
This morning a green wave will be provided to get out of the major cities and on Sunday traffic will be helped to get home faster. Traffic on the way to Greece is expected to be heavy.
