A declaration by "We continue the change-Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) in defense of decent salaries for young doctors caused MPs from "There is such a people" (ITN) to leave the plenary hall.

The declaration in the form of a parable was presented by MP Vasil Pandov from the PP-DB. Its text tells the story: "There was a country in which there were not enough doctors and nurses. There were not enough because the state chased them to work abroad for 500 dollars, because young doctors did slave labor 24 hours a day for the price of one meal".

The words provoked the reaction of the MPs from the ITN, who left the plenary hall. MPs Toshko Yordanov, Stanislav Balabanov, Pavela Mitova, Andrey Chorbanov left.

Vasil Pandov left the parable unfinished and pointed out that there is still time and opportunity for it to end according to the principles of justice and good governance or to collapse into timelessness and doom Bulgaria to having no one to treat, to continue to be first in the European Union (EU) in indicators such as infant mortality and mortality from non-communicable diseases, to be last in average life expectancy, to close children's and geriatric wards throughout the country, to have no ambulance teams and patients dying on the streets, hospitals full of modern equipment to stand empty, without sufficient medical staff or with such staff only on paper.
