New critical issue in Tesla Cybertruck - 1

Bad weather, especially sleet or freezing rain, is a problem for all cars. But most car manufacturers try to position the headlights in a way that minimizes the impact of snow. But not the Tesla Cybertruck.

The electric car Tesla Cybertruck became the source of another complaint from the owners. It is noted that during driving in snowfall, the lighting devices of the electric pickup are densely covered with snow, which significantly impairs visibility in the dark.

Apparently, the Tesla pickup's flat front panel seems to make it quite vulnerable to snow sticking while driving. And the problem is aggravated by the bad location of the headlights. They have an interesting feature - the headlights are located in a small gap between the bumper and the passenger compartment, where snow collects.

Tesla engineers probably tried to install the headlights as low as possible to improve the driver's visibility and reduce the glare of oncoming cars. The Tesla Cybertruck isn't the only electric pickup to suffer from this problem. Owners of Rivian electric pickup trucks have also been complaining of a similar problem since 2022.
