Shares of American aircraft manufacturer Boeing fell by almost 8% during the morning trading session on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The dynamics are the result of the crash of Air India's Boeing 787 Dreamliner in India.
As of 13:30 Bulgarian time, the company's shares fell by 7.96%, to 196.97 USD per share. As of 13:41 Moscow time, the quotes slowed down their decline and were trading at a level of 199.14 USD per share (-6.93%).
According to preliminary data, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner passenger plane crashed near the airport in the city of Ahmedabad in western India with 242 passengers on board. He was flying from Ahmedabad to London.
