The BSP will not enter parliament in the next elections, Borisov has been humiliated by Peevski and the MRF-NN will not enter power directly because it does not want to bear responsibility, and it is also governing now. This was said in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio by the former BSP member and economic minister in the government of Zhan Videnov, and former MP from the left, Rumen Gechev.
In the program "12+3" He pointed out that people are witnessing a deepening of political cynicism:
"There are no elections for the National Assembly in Bulgaria, we are like a beaten market, DPS before and DPS-NN, and GERB are the main buyers of votes in villages and palanquins. Those who govern Bulgaria are not elected by the Bulgarian people. The second reason is that people do not vote".
About his former party - BSP and the position of the leadership of the Centennial, he commented that they sound clear and cynical:
"It means that the five from the BSP say: "we want to remain ministers longer, whatever they make us do - we will raise our hands and vote. One of their thesis was never with GERB and the line has been crossed. The second - "never with Peevski", the current leadership signed the cordon sanitaire".
"If you look at the comrades Borisov and Peevski to date, Borsov is the deceived, the humiliated one. And he behaves sincerely, it's not a pose, he was sincerely angry, but the reaction was foreseen by Peevski's team," Rumen Gechev also said.
He also predicted the future of the BSP:
"Unfortunately, I was a member of the BSP for 45 years - from my 4th year as a student until last year, but when I talk to friends from the BSP, the people of the BSP remain decent, but to the horror of the members - the leadership has moved in a different direction and my friends say that they will no longer vote for the BSP. There is a real possibility that the BSP will not enter parliament in the next elections".
According to him, there are enough parties that are close to his friends, but among them are not those in the current National Assembly.
"There are one or two parties that attract BSP voters with programs, but there are also new parties and it is possible that new political players will appear. It is sad that a large part of the BSP members will vote, but for whom it is still too early to say, because we do not know when the elections will be held", said Rumen Gechev.
He pointed out that the biography of the phenomenon Delyan Peevski, who became deputy minister at the age of 23, is interesting, and behind his success is a team. Gechev does not know who is in it.
