Ivaylo Mirchev: The big question is whether there will be fuel on November 21 and at what price it will be - 1

"President Rumen Radev is referring to the proposals adopted and written by "Democratic Bulgaria" in 2023, the Law on the Special Manager". This was stated to the Bulgarian National Radio by Ivaylo Mirchev, co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" and MP from the PP-DB:

"From the first day of the crisis with "Lukoil" we wanted a special manager to come in. It is not clear why the government did not do this. From October 24, we want a special governor. The big question is - where did the rulers sleep for two or three weeks? In the first weeks, they took absolutely no steps to solve the crisis.

"The big question is whether there will be fuel on November 21 and at what price", the PP-DB MP added in an interview for the program "Above All" on the program "Horizont":

"On November 21, the country may be left without a working refinery, without a product pipeline operating to Sofia. Although the port of "Rosenets" is state-owned, the pipes to the refinery are not state-owned. The warehouses also belong to "Lukoil". If "Lukoil" cannot carry out any banking transactions, how will this fuel be legally taken out of these warehouses? This is also an issue that has not been resolved in any way at the moment".

"At the moment there is no argument to raise fuel prices", the co-chair of "Yes Bulgaria" is categorical:

"The price of oil is clear. The CPC has not worked in the last ten years. I am pessimistic that it will work yet".
