Bulgarian citizens who vote for us do so out of love, because we have done a lot. There is nothing that eats you up more than hatred, said GERB leader Boyko Borisov at a meeting with voters in Sliven.
"There was no way he would form a coalition with Borisov and Peevski. I am not obliged to answer to him. There are only oligarchs behind him. I have none in GERB", he commented.
Borisov explained why they entered the coalition: "Because we had a window for entering the eurozone and Schengen".
He warned that Radev would find himself in the same situation as Borisov in the last elections. "Who will he compromise with? I had to do this a year and a half ago. We did not do a single thing wrong. When Obzor held a referendum on seceded from Nessebar, did Radev sign a decree? No. Nonsense".
The event also includes the candidates for MPs from the GERB-SDF coalition, the leader of the party's list Desislava Taneva and members of the region.
The meeting with citizens was held at the “Stefan Kirov“ Drama Theater. The event began with a short delay due to the desire of people from the settlements in the region to see the GERB leader in person and welcome him.
“We are consistent. We are coming out with a clear and precise election program, which will be presented tomorrow. We do not rely on negativity. The most important thing is the peace of mind of people that they live in a safe environment. Hatred has not helped anyone”, said Taneva.
She pointed out that there are many representatives on the GERB-SDF lists of the Gen Z generation.
