The resigned government granted a political party “There is such a people" (ITN) the right to use state-owned property in the capital for the party's administrative needs free of charge. This is stated in a decision of the Council of Ministers (MC) from today.
The term for managing the property is ten years and as long as the party meets the requirements of the Law on Political Parties, provided that the user does not use the property for economic activity. The property is located in the city of Sofia, "Oborishte" district, "11th August" street. No. 5A, fl. 1, apt. 15 and is an independent object in a five-story building.
A week ago, the MC gave the right to a political party “We continue the change” of the use of two state properties in Sofia - one for the implementation of the administrative needs of the party's central leadership, as well as one for the local structure in the capital.
