A car and a tanker collided head-on at the exit of the village of Mogila. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tatyana Pavlova.
The incident was reported around 10:30 a.m. The accident happened on a straight stretch. The driver of the car lost control and moved into the oncoming lane.
Procedural-investigative actions are being carried out at the scene of the incident.
„The deceased is 69 years old, he was probably sick. The driver of the tanker noticed that the car swerved on the road”, said Dr. Veselina Koeva, head of the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, BTA reports.
