Auditor for the "Customs" Agency: The shame is great - 1

The head of the "Customs" Agency Petya Bankova and her deputy Ludmil Marinov are still in the new Anti-Corruption Agency.

At least, no charges have been brought against Petya Bankova, and she has not been officially detained. Her lawyer Adelina Natina announced this on Nova TV. She also stated that she has no idea who the other detainees are besides Bankova and Marinov.

Procedural actions have not yet taken place, as is required by law, which must happen in the presence of her lawyer.

Yesterday, DANS raids and arrests were carried out in Sofia, Haskovo and Svilengrad in connection with the development of a channel for smuggled cigarettes and perfumes of the mythical smuggling boss Pascal. There is no official information on the case, but in the middle of the night the MPs already managed to create a temporary commission to investigate the smuggling and that during the time of Asen Vasilev as finance minister.

Each government is hostage to the previous one. There are stocks like this all the time, but it never bottoms out. This was stated by Emil Dimitrov - Revisoro in the Nova TV studio on the occasion of yesterday's action of the new KONPI in the "Customs" Agency. This was the first action of the newly created or reformed agency and it was actually held in the last days of the regular government, against the director Petya Bankova and her deputy Lyudmil Marinov, who have been in these positions for weeks.

DANS is fighting with itself, Emil Dimitrov believes, but he also pointed out that many of the arrests so far are a form of corruption pressure. And Boyko Borisov was arrested, but does that mean that it was lawful and that something came out.

The shame is great, but the sign we are giving to Europe is very bad. And the next governments, both official and regular, must continue our path to Schengen and Europe, Dimitrov pointed out.
