A motorcycle driver died as a result of a road accident in Popovo municipality. On April 3, a traffic accident was reported on road III-204, km 32+576 - near the town of Popovo.
A 23-year-old driver from Popovo, driving his own motorcycle in the direction of Popovo-Razgrad, lost control of the steering. The motorcycle went off the road to the right, hit a tree and entered a farm field. As a result of the road accident, the driver died.
The causes of the traffic accident are in the process of being clarified. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated on the case.
