A total of 104 fires were extinguished in the country during the past 24 hours, three people were injured, reported the General Directorate of “Fire Safety and Protection of the population“ (GDPBZN) - Ministry of the Interior, on its website. Firefighters responded to 126 reports of accidents.
There were 21 fires with direct material damage, of which - nine in residential buildings, five - in vehicles.
There were 83 fires without material damage, of which 43 - in dry grass, forest litter and bushes, 38 - in waste.
19 rescue activities and assistance operations were carried out, of which five - in accidents in vehicles, 13 - as technical assistance, assistance was also provided to victims.
Three false calls were also recorded.
