„ We see that fears have returned in society – the fear that you might lose your job, that you might lose your business if you don't vote the “right way.“ He said this in an interview for “This morning“ on bTV Atanas Zafirov from the BSP, who in the national elections is the leader of the list in Haskovo and Veliko Tarnovo.
„There is a fear of people participating in pre-election meetings, a fear of clearly expressing their preferences, and this is especially visible in municipalities that are governed by parties that participated in the so-called assembly. They have set themselves high goals to repeat this type of government”, the socialist added.
According to him, the goal of the BSP in the election campaign is to show that there is an alternative and that fears can be defeated.
Zapryanov outlined another great fear of the Bulgarians – the fear of war.
„We have introduced two proposals for bills – "Bulgaria should not participate with armed or unarmed force in the conflict in Ukraine, and the second proposal is that the weapon that was donated should in no way be used offensively on the territory of the Russian Federation," announced the BSP representative.
