He announced that BSP received an invitation from GERB-SDS, but "we have a firm decision of non-support".
"For us, the question is exhausted. When we talk about government we will not go. If we talk about policies in the National Assembly, it is normal to have certain dialogues," explained Gutsanov and admitted that he was not familiar with the details of the invitation.
He commented on the "disposal" of the new deputy of the socialists Kaloyan Metodiev.
"The National Council first called on Kaloyan Metodiev, with an overwhelming majority without a single vote "against" or "refrained", which rarely happens, to withdraw from the National Assembly, explained Gutsanov.
And he admitted that Metodiev was not proposed to the National Council as a candidate when the lists were lined up.
"A blank space was left for a coalition partner or civilian quota. The National Council did not discuss Metodiev as a candidate for deputy. He appeared during the registration of the lists in the electoral commission," Gutsanov revealed.
