This was stated by political scientist Tsvetanka Andreeva in “This Saturday” on the topic of who the folder with the third mandate would go to.
„The problem is not so much where the third term will fall, but in the preliminary requests that render it meaningless as the creation of a management formula”, she added.
“People in parliament who proudly call themselves politicians do not behave as such and do not learn from their mistakes. Six times in a row the same hoe occurs and at some point you have to show a new type of leadership, take responsibility, explain it and find the possible options with which to form a majority in the parliament. Politicians should not like each other, but respect each other. Election campaigns build up and build up one after the other. It's not turbulence, it's already catastrophic and it's taking on more and more unpleasant dimensions," said political scientist Lyubomir Stefanov.
According to Tsvetanka Andreeva, in the parliament we are observing an increasing fragmentation and crisis, which is beginning to destroy the internal party political forces.
There are two forces in DPS. One force is technocratism, which wants to renew the DPS. The other, however, is just as big – that of charisma, in which there is a religious emotionality, an ethnic sensibility, which Dogan possesses. If these forces act united they achieve results if they face each other – are starting to lose. The political strategy and the sense of goal-setting will prevail and smooth out in the future, Andreeva added.
In DPS, dualism has always ruled them – pragmatic and slightly mystical has always worked best for himself. Not just faces were excommunicated, but iconic figures – the first, the second, people who were in their element to keep the party on their backs. Against all expectations, DPS was getting stronger. At the moment, we may be witnessing a crisis that they themselves are orchestrating”, comments Lyubomir Stefanov.
