The communication problem of PP - DB has a name - Kiril Petkov (it is always misunderstood). The lack of mechanisms for making decisions also has a name - Asen Vassilev (he always made a decision without caring what everyone else thinks). The loss also has a name - Nikolay Denkov (he was nominated for prime minister during the campaign and the coalition lost 300,000 votes). Collectively, these three problems are called a crisis of leadership, and it will not be solved by talks, new rules, or changing public relations.
This is what GERB-SDS deputy Toma Bikov wrote on his Facebook page regarding Kiril Petkov's statements from earlier today. Here are more of Bykov's words:
When you refused even to negotiate with GERB - SDS, who supported you for nine months, but you say that under certain conditions you are ready for negotiations with Vazrazhdane, it is not a mistake of language, but a political position. After that, you can buff as much as you want, but it won't negate the fact that you've already dealt damage to your own formation in the first place. I allow myself to comment on the internal problems of PP - DB, only because for several years they have been problems of the whole society, including us from GERB - SDS, who in the process of work were daily surprised sometimes by Petkov, sometimes by Vassilev, sometimes by Denkov. The latter even resigned while the leadership of GERB - SDS was not in Bulgaria. It is high time PP - DB understand that instead of leaders they have problems.
