Stoyan Mihalev: The "technical cabinet" is a prime minister, distant from all parties, a composition of experts and a program - 1

We propose technical cabinet, which will be broadcast with the handing over of the third mandate, Stoyan Mihalev, vice-chairman of “Democrats for a strong Bulgaria” (DSB) after the meeting of the Executive Council of the party, which took place yesterday and today, broadcast by BTA. After the meeting, the DSB disseminated the decision taken by the members of the Executive Council.

Our proposal is this third mandate, which is to be handed to the president at his choice, we raise our hand to him with the idea that it will not be our mandate, nominally it will be of a coalition “We continue the change – "Democratic Bulgaria", but in fact this will technically be a national mandate, Mihalev said.

In his words, the proposed option is a way out of the deepening political crisis. Mihalev explained that the idea is to be discussed in the form of the "Democratic Bulgaria" coalition. and the large coalition format "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria".

Mihalev explained that this will be a mandate for all political subjects represented in parliament, who will be asked to sign an agreement. In its sense, the technical government represents a prime minister who is equally distant from all parties, who is a widely imposed authority in our society and who is impeccable with his background and skills and who offers a cabinet with an expert composition so that he can for this cabinet to work on a specific program for a specific period and to allow our parties and our political subjects to have time to deal with the political crisis, which I am sure will greatly deepen if we do not seek any solution in this direction, the deputy added.

None of the parliamentary parties will have a quota in this government, that is why we are talking about a technical government, Mihalev explained.

The third mandate is a crisis mandate, he added, pointing out that this mandate provides opportunities when nothing else can be done.
