With its decision, the Sofia City Court enters changes in the BSP in the register of political parties. This was announced from the court, quoted by BTA.
With the changes, Kornelia Ninova is deleted as the chairman of the BSP and a person who represents the party.
BSP is now represented by the deputy chairman, designated as acting chairman Atanas Zafirov.
With its decision, the court rejects the request to register Atanas Zafirov as the new chairman until the party congress holds an election.
The decision can be appealed and protested before the Supreme Court within seven days of its communication to the parties.
