The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has announced a yellow code for intense precipitation in almost the entire country on Tuesday. The warning applies to the regions of Vratsa, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Silistra, Razgrad, Shumen, Targovishte, Gabrovo, Lovech, Sofia Region, Burgas, Sliven, Yambol, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Haskovo, Kardjali, Smolyan, Pazardjik and Blagoevgrad.

At night in Northeastern Bulgaria there will be temporary increases in cloudiness, with short-term rains with thunder in some places. In the rest of the country, the weather will be mostly clear, with a light wind blowing from the north-northeast.

On Tuesday, the air mass over the country will remain unstable, which will lead to the development of cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds. In the afternoon, there will be short-term showers with thunderstorms in more places, and there are also conditions for hail. Winds will be light, with eastern areas expected to be to moderate from the northeast. Maximum temperatures will vary between 29° and 34°, and in Sofia the temperature is expected to reach around 29°.

Over the Black Sea, cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will also develop in the afternoon. Short showers and thunderstorms are expected, with a moderate wind blowing from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 29° and 31°, and the sea water temperature will be 28°-29°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales.

In the mountains, the weather will be similar, with brief showers and thunderstorms expected, with a chance of hail. A moderate wind will blow from the north-northeast. The maximum temperature at 1200 meters will be around 24° and at 2000 meters - around 17°.
