There are no conditions for forming a regular government within the framework of the 50th parliament, according to the deputy chairman of the PP-DB parliamentary group Bozhidar Bojanov, quoted by BNR.
According to him, the talks about the third mandate only make sense if they serve as a basis for forming a cabinet in the next National Assembly:
"We are pessimistic that there can be in this parliament (government). Conversations make sense, including to create some kind of more normal environment for the next one.
We are obliged in the next parliament to make an attempt to form a regular government", Bojanov commented.
