A new plot in the municipality of Bolyarovo, which was burnt to ashes by the fire. They are replacing the uninhabitable vans brought to the villages of Voden and Kraynovo for the remaining homeless local people, BNT reports. Out of a total of 13 mobile homes, two turned out to be unsuitable. And in several others, major renovations have begun.
The new two vans arrived in Woden today - to replace the defective ones. We can't show you the inside of the old ones because they turned out to be locked. Craftsmen work in another part of the temporary housing. The containers also have a small kitchenette.
For others, the problems are less.

"The interior is not furnished yet, there are also a few accidents that need to be fixed. It's not in bad shape and I'm waiting until tonight, tomorrow at the latest for it to be furnished and we can already start living inside. That doesn't mean we have to live in this van forever. I believe that this time the state will take an attitude and give us money", commented Zlatka Yaneva, director of the Home for the Elderly - Voden village.

The answer of the caretaker prime minister:

"Someone may have made a mistake in the chain and sent vans that were not in the right condition. And be sure that after an inspection, if there is one, he will be punished," said Dimitar Glavchev.
He also offered an alternative option for accommodating the victims.

"If any of them are willing, opportunities will be provided at the bases of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It's not a hotel, but the departmental bases are of good quality and features close to those of a hotel.

Locals are reluctant to do so.

"I can't go there. I am here at work, here is my house, here are my animals, here is my household. It means to part with everything and say goodbye and leave. There's no way it's going to happen," said Zlatka Yaneva.
Construction engineers also began to assess the damage in the burned villages.

"He said that our house can be rebuilt, but 90 thousand BGN will be needed, pointed out Zlatka Yaneva.

In the morning, the remaining homeless also received the first social benefits in the amount of BGN 1,578.

"This money is not enough for anything. We cannot take dishes, equipment,", said Ivan Prodanov.
