This is what security expert Slavcho Velkov told Euronews Bulgaria about the series of explosions in Elin Pelin.
Maybe it is due to human activity, he specified.
Velkov pointed out that the deceased Associate Professor Petar Shishkov from the University of Mining and Geology was one of the best specialists in explosions. His presence there also remains to be explained, the expert believes.
