Karakachanov: A teacher bullied a student because he did not agree to talk about the Istanbul Convention in class - 1

About a big scandal that from the Ministry of Education they either cover up or ignore, signals the leader of VMRO Krasimir Karakachanov. It is about a student from the National Science and Mathematics High School who is an excellent student and a participant in mathematics Olympiads. Rosen Aleksandrov is forced to repeat the 9th grade after numerous pairs in geography – given that it is an excellent grade with sixes in all other subjects, with the exception of fives in Bulgarian language and physics.

All this is wonderful until the geography teacher Daniel Hristov starts giving talks about the Istanbul Convention in geography class. Rosen, clearly annoyed that the topic has nothing to do with the subject, objects, and this leads to the beginning of a prolonged and targeted harassment by the professor. This is exactly how you end up writing pairs and leaving an otherwise proven excellent and responsible student to correct.

The leader of VMRO was informed about this situation by the boy's parents.

It turns out that not only the management of NPMG, but also the Ministry of Education and Science know about the case and do not take any measures. Today also expires the period in which Prof. Galin Tsokov must rule on the parents' complaints and correct this injustice – an excellent student, to be allowed to repeat the 9th grade, because for completely objective reasons he sought his rights before the geography teacher Daniel Hristov.

There are more scandalous things in the whole thing. Teacher Daniel Hristov was assigned to teach the subject of geography, which has nothing to do with the Istanbul Convention. The convention itself has been declared unconstitutional by the highest judicial body in the land – The Constitutional Court (Decision N13/27.07.2018). This person is paid by the state not to make propaganda for an illegal pro-LGBTI+ document, but to teach the subject of geography. LGBTI+ propaganda is prohibited in Bulgarian schools by law. But that's not all.

Teacher Daniel Hristov filed a defamation case against the mother of the student he harassed, Rosen Alexandrov, because of numerous complaints filed against him. This case was decided by the court in favor of the mother. But even this is not enough for the leadership of NPMG and MES to judge fairly and protect an excellent student from the bullying of a vengeful teacher.

And just one more touch – there is information that the person Daniel Hristov was forced to leave his previous job at NGDEK, due to persistent rumors about his attempts to induce male students in this high school to have sexual contact with him.

That is why we at VMRO want to publicize this story. It doesn't matter how many times we will be condemned for our principles and positions by the court and how much the gender mafia will repress and persecute us in all institutions where it has spread its tentacles.

There is no place for LGBTI+ perversions in Bulgaria. Our children must and will stand up for their views, regardless of your repressions.

We are also sending an open letter to the Minister of Education, Galin Tsokov, demanding an urgent and fair decision on the case. We hope that the real culprit will be punished, and not a boy with excellent results and a sharp mind, who can only glorify Bulgaria in the future. If the LGBTI+ proxies comfortably settled in the whole chain of the educational system in Bulgaria don't drive him away.

Open letter

to Prof. Galin Tsokov, Minister of Education and Science

by Krasimir Karakachanov, former Minister of Defense and Deputy Prime Minister for Public Order and Security

Dear Mr. Minister,

Yesterday, the Bulgarian society was shocked by the information about an unprecedented case of harassment of a teacher against a student from a high school in the capital.

You are no doubt familiar with this shocking rant by geography teacher Daniel Hristov from the National Natural and Mathematical High School over Rosen Alexandrov, a 9th grade student at the same high school.

You are probably familiar with the surprising fact that the excellent student Rosen Aleksandrov is forced to repeat the 9th grade after numerous pairs in geography – given that it is an excellent grade with sixes in all other subjects, with the exception of fives in Bulgarian language and physics.

Well, how come, dear minister, an excellent student, repeatedly awarded in mathematics Olympiads, somehow can't do well in geography!?

It is clear that this tendentious harassment is motivated by the disagreement of Rosen Alexandrov's family with the fact that the teacher Daniel Hristov explained the Istanbul Convention in two consecutive geography lessons!

And what does geography have to do with the unconstitutional Istanbul Convention, which was declared unconstitutional by decision No. 13/27.07.2018 of the Constitutional Court?

And why does a teacher in the Bulgarian education system even allow himself to manipulate students by wasting their time and spending state money on an anti-state “Istanbul“ propaganda?

It is more than clear for all of Bulgaria that gender ideology has penetrated certain metropolitan schools and that there are teachers who perform “Istanbul“ orders – probably also motivated by their non-traditional sexual orientation, as is probably the case with the geographer Daniel Hristov in question?

And on top of that, the same Hristov took the liberty of filing a defamation suit against Rosen's mother, just because she allowed complaints to be filed against his obvious teaching inadequacy! A case that was decided yesterday, October 9, by a judge in the Sofia District Court in favor of the mother.

Dear Mr. Minister,

Did you know that this geographer was forced to leave his previous job at NGDEK due to persistent rumors about his attempts to seduce male students at that high school into having sex with him?

This whole story smells very bad and has the smell of a gender mafia in the education system.

It is clear that our educational system is subject to a gradual takeover precisely by such “Istanbul“ tentacles that are a disgrace to Bulgarian education.

Mr Minister,

The silence of the institution you lead on this scandalous case is more than strange.

As far as I am informed, today - October 10, is the last deadline in which you can pronounce and order Rosen Alexandrov – innocent victim of teacher gender harassment – to go from 9th grade to 10th grade.

Such an action on your part will restore justice and, at least to some extent, help mitigate the mental trauma inflicted on the student and his family.

I assure you that neither I nor all normal Bulgarian citizens will put up with cases like this and accept institutional silence as an adequate response.

We await your clear and fair answer on this case!

Sincerely: Krasimir Karakachanov
