Rumen Radev will not sign a decree for the appointment of Borislav Sarafov if he is elected as the new chief prosecutor. This was stated by the head of state in response to a question from NOVA.
The president added that there is still time until January, when the procedure for selecting the number one prosecutor has been determined.
