A 40-year-old man was rescued , fell into a river in the metropolitan district “Lyulin”. The signal was received around 1:30 p.m. today. A passer-by heard it and called 112.
Police, fire and ambulance teams were dispatched to the scene. The man was pulled out alive, put in the emergency vehicle and taken to "Pirogov".
He was found to be a homeless person who tried to cross the river on a concrete bridge but fell from it.
Emergency services confirmed the incident to bTV. From there they report that the man has a bruised eye, bruises on his face and frostbite.
The victim stated that he had been in the waters of the river since last night.
