Until today, voters with permanent disabilities that do not allow them to exercise electoral their right to the polling station and wish to vote with a mobile ballot box, they can state this, provided that a mobile SEC is appointed on the territory of the settlement, according to the deadlines in the schedule of the Central Election Commission (CEC), BTA reported.
The application for inclusion in the voting list with a mobile ballot box is submitted to the mayor of the municipality/district/city hall/mayor's deputy. It must be signed by hand and can be submitted by an authorized person or sent by mail, fax or an electronic application with the same content through the website of the municipality/district. A copy of a document from TELC, NELC or a medical epicrisis on the health of the voter is attached to the application for voting in a mobile polling station. When the applicant has not submitted a copy of a document, a check is carried out and the presence of the voter's disability is established on official grounds.
On the territory of each municipality, at least one mobile sectional election commission is appointed in the presence of no less than 10 voters who have expressed a desire to vote in this way, says the decision of the CEC.
On the territory of cities with regional division, voting sections with mobile ballot boxes are formed by order of the mayor of the municipality, respectively the mayor of a region. They can cover the territory of more than one administrative district within the multi-mandate electoral district.
