„Majesty“ remains definitively below the barrier for entering the 51st National Assembly. This became clear at a meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC) this evening. The results of the parliamentary elections on October 27 were voted on.
Even after the revision and recount, Ivelin Mihailov's party remained below 4 percent.
We remind you that with 100% protocol data, it was 3.999% - i.e. only 1 thousandth of the percentage of entering the National Assembly.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has officially announced the distribution of mandates in the new 51st National Assembly.

- "DPS-New Beginning" - 30

The legal deadline by which the names of the new MPs in the 51st Parliament must be officially announced is until Sunday.
Today, the refusals of elected deputies to enter the National Assembly began.
Ahmed Dogan announced that he will not be part of the new parliament and offered an offer to GERB. He said that the most logical management, which from the “Alliance for Rights and Freedoms” can support, is that between GERB–SDS and PPDB. Dogan called on the leaders of the parliamentaryly represented formations to put aside party selfishness and show responsibility.
The mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, also gave up his seat as a deputy in the 51st National Assembly. The mayors of Stara Zagora - Zhivko Todorov and Smolyan - Nikolay Melemov are expected to do the same.
There is an interesting case with the detained Jeyhan Ibryamov,
who was elected as an MP from the “Alliance for Rights and Freedoms” from Shumen. He is currently in custody, but lawyers commented that after the names of the deputies are published in the State Gazette and a meeting of the new parliament is scheduled, he should be released for taking the oath.
After that, the Acting Prosecutor General must submit a new request for his detention to the new Speaker of the National Assembly.
If this does not happen, Ceyhan Ibryamov remains free.
