Ekaterina Zaharieva is among the five of the total 19 European Commissioners approved so far with the greatest support in the European Parliament, according to a study by the online publication "Politico", BTA reported.

This week in the building "Jozef Antal" at the EP in the Belgian capital Brussels, 20 candidates for members of Ursula von der Leyen's new European Commission were heard. Oliver Varhey (Hungary) was not approved for the "Health and care of animals" section.
