Police officers from various structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs gathered last night to honor the memory of their colleague Dimitar Petrov, who ended his life on Monday, reported BNT.
The vigil was also joined by the leadership of the security department, who showed support for the uniformed.
Last year, Petrov fatally shot a 12th-grader suspected of robbery after a chase. The policeman was removed from duty, and charges were brought against him.
A few days ago, Dimitar Petrov was also released from the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
