A few days ago “DPS-New beginning” received the NDSV building in Sofia as party headquarters. The former director of the “State Property” in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Todor Stoyanov revealed the scheme with the state properties in the program "EuroDikof".
“Many things have been said in the media, but what I want to raise as a problem are the gaps and irregularities that have been allowed in the administration. These are the administration of the regional governor in Sofia-city and the Ministry of Regional Development.”
“Prime Minister Glavchev said that the office was granted under the Law on Political Parties, which was complied with.”
„Yes, he is right. But here is another law – The law on state property.“, commented Stoyanov.
“There is a preceding action in the same decision, only that it is not shaped as a title, and this is the declaration of a property of public state property in a property of private state property and its provision now as private state property of a political party. Here we first have the Law on State Property, the declaration from public to private and then under the Law on Private Property providing it as private state property for use.”
“And rather, the problem is in the implementation of the Law on State Property.”
