Slavi Trifonov: According to Borisov, a firefighter can, but a urologist can't - 1

And next week the proposal for the chairman of the 51st parliament of “There is such a people” (ITN) will be the oldest deputy - Silvi Kirilov, and this is a lifeline that offers the others a solution to the political crisis, wrote the leader of ITN Slavi Trifonov on his Facebook profile.

He pointed out that ITN has 18 deputies and Silvi Kirilov is a proposal of these 18 deputies. There are 222 other deputies who can easily choose whomever they want as the chairman of the 51st parliament, added Trifonov.

“There is such a people” suggested Assoc. Dr. Silvi Kirilov as temporary speaker of the parliament until a majority is formed, he recalled. And if, in spite of everything, by virtue of the current "crappy Constitution", it would even come to that, for the president to choose between Silvi Kirilov and the current Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev as the possible Speaker of the Parliament, as a citizen I choose Silvi Kirilov, commented Slavi Trifonov .

"I watched a statement by Boyko Borisov, who said that Assoc. Dr. Silvi Kirilov cannot be a proposal for Speaker of the Parliament, because he was going to become acting Prime Minister, and he was a urologist. I want to remind Boyko Borisov that only two years ago he proposed a neurosurgeon as Prime Minister," Trifonov pointed out. "My misunderstanding is with Boyko Borisov, who spins the truth and facts as he presents them. And one more thing, Boyko Borisov did not stop putting himself forward as Prime Minister. So, according to him, a firefighter can, but a urologist can't", he added.

The leader of ITN also notes that he did not have conversations with anyone about what would happen if Silvi Kirilov was elected and then appointed by the president as prime minister, talks about positions, ministers and all kinds of things like that. "With absolutely no one. Anyone who says such a thing is an absolute liar and risks meeting my lawyers in court," he also wrote.
