A distressed family was rescued from the village of Konarskoto, municipality of Tryavna, after being stranded for days without electricity and food in the settlement. The two women and the man with them are from Gurkovo and came to their family house in the village before the holidays. The people were transported and brought to Tryavna today with all-terrain equipment provided by the Gabrovo Fire Department, the municipality of Tryavna reported on its Facebook page.
Two firefighters, the head of the Regional Service "PBZN" - town Tryavna Stoyan Stoyanov and the director of the Municipal Social Enterprise for Greening Plamen Kralev. The family was immediately provided with food and water.
"2 off-road UTVs with a tracker were brought from the RD "PBZN" - Gabrovo. With one machine and together with colleagues from Gabrovo and the Municipality of Tryavna we managed to help the stranded people in the village of Konarskoto. The family is already in Tryavna and will return to Gurkovo," said the head of the RSPBZN Stoyan Stoyanov.
