Next week, in the Sofia Municipal Council, the groups of "Blue Bulgaria" and "Yes, Bulgaria!" will sign a joint declaration for the formation of a right-wing majority, announced the leader of the KOD Petar Moskov, reported novini.bg.
The first initiative of the new alliance will be a proposal to give the motor transport lines to private operators.
"Because currently 20 percent of the lines in Sofia are managed by a private operator, this private operator works at a 5 percent lower price than the municipality, it is profitable, and its drivers are not striking, but want to work. This is because in the municipal company the money sinks into the party coffers - previously GERB, now "Save Sofia". There are four companies in Sofia that deal with transport. This thing supports 700 people in administration. When these 700 people are divided into four companies - that is, they are duplicated, there will be no money for those who actually work. What needs to be done is a program for restructuring these companies," said the leader of KOD Petar Moskov in Yambol, where Blue Bulgaria established its local structure.
