Radostin Vassilev: Peevski has caught a supersonic missile and is moving at high speed, but the turns ahead of him are ahead

I have no doubt that Plamen Tonchev is the victim of some kind of threat in order to be demoted to Chief Archivist of the Republic and to stand in parliament as if frightened, without having done anything on the major problems related to national security in recent years, commented the leader of MECH

Radostin Vassilev: Peevski has caught a supersonic missile and is moving at high speed, but the turns ahead of him are ahead - 1

„I am not for the euro at this moment, and I am for holding a referendum. Currently, this political pressure from outside is brutalizing people.“
This was told to the Bulgarian National Radio by the leader of the MECH party, Radostin Vassilev, who attended the protest held in the center of the capital for the preservation of the Bulgarian lev.

However, in his words, the topic of the euro should not be placed above other problems:

„If we unite who is against corruption, who is against the Peevski and Borisov model, who wants a prosperous Bulgaria, we will not be pulled and divided by Russia, the EU, the euro... I cannot place the topic of the euro as important for Bulgaria, but this pressure from the PP-DB has brought people to the streets.“

„Bulgaria's big problem is corruption, the big problem is Peevski-Borisov, the timelessness for 20 years, which has imposed the GERB government, the transformation of the state mechanism in an organized crime group. The problem is not Russian influence, "American servants", as they are insulted... Radostin Vassilev also emphasized in the program "Politically Incorrect".

The leader of MECH stated that he does not maintain relations with Borisov and Peevski:
„I have never spoken to Borisov and Peevski. Never. Not only in the hall, we do not even have phones, unlike other colleagues... This line is not crossed. And as you can see, they do not even talk about us - neither one nor the other. We are Zulus, we are not Kirchovites, we are not traitors.“

Vassilev recalled his idea for a political alliance against the ruling model:

„At the beginning I said about the MECH plan - a majority against Borisov and Peevski. No one raised this topic, that it was possible, that this was a majority that would have the approval of the citizens. With the entry of "Majesty" the majority increased. And what happened - the BSP and the ITN, and the Dogan Alliance, went to Borisov with the clear awareness that Peevski was there too.“

According to Radostin Vassilev, the political transformation in Bulgaria will go through a series of elections:

„Bulgaria will go through a political catharsis with many elections and will eventually outlive the Borisov and Peevski model naturally. It is clear that the model is fading.“

„I hope there will be elections, because they will tighten the noose, they will shed light on some subjects who will remain in parliament as possible partners of the mafia. There will be new elections after that. If there are in the fall, there will certainly be in the spring.“

Commenting on the possible appearance of President Rumen Radev in politics, Radostin Vassilev emphasized:

„I have no problem with Radev entering the political arena. The main issue that worries me is that over the years, in both of Galab Donev's caretaker governments, he has shown enormous synergy with GERB and the corrupt people of GERB.“

Regarding DANS and its former director Plamen Tonchev, the MECH leader commented:

„I have no doubt that Plamen Tonchev is the victim of some kind of threat in order to be demoted to Chief Archivist of the Republic and to stand in parliament as if frightened, without having done anything about the major problems related to national security in recent years. From Radev's fist, this is not the same head of the National Security Agency, you know!“

According to Vassilev, the internal turmoil in the DPS is “expected”:

“What is happening in the DPS is expected. Those who are leaving are caught in some kind of line. This colleague from Vidin is not even from the DPS (editor's note: Vanya Vasileva). These are absolutely useless people in parliament. They do not work for the people, but are convenient for such dinosaurs as Peevski, who buy them.”

When asked if there is a chance that something new will be born after yesterday's meeting of the DPS-DPS, Radostin Vassilev said:

“No, nothing will come of it. The series of events from the conflict that arose there crystallized both for Dogan's voters and for the people who are connected to the corporate vote in the DPS that the stronger side is the other side. I thought that the ethnic element would prevail in this clash, because it is about faith, about other things over the years, but no! It is only about money. And it is very likely that a hundred thousand or less will remain who really vote according to conscience, but they will not be enough and this party will not have any future electoral capacity.“

“Peevski has caught a supersonic missile and is moving at very high speed, but the turns ahead of him are still to come“, Vassilev stated and predicted:

„I expect on Wednesday-Thursday next week, a new batch of photos with „The Boy“. „New Beginning“ will also go to other regions associated with the Alliance. It will completely break through them in my opinion, but this is my assumption, from what I observe as behavior in the hall.“

„In the relations between Borisov and Peevski and in Peevski's behavior towards GERB itself, towards GERB deputies, towards the administration associated with GERB, it is like between a boss and subordinates. I have seen it. Everyone associated with Borisov is afraid of Peevski“, Radostin Vassilev also stated.

„He orders a group of 5-6 people in GERB, people associated with the leadership of the Parliament and gets whatever he wants… (…) The biggest blunder Peevski could make is to start with GERB. What he is currently doing with the Alliance, Peevski has no problem doing with GERB, believe me. But for now he is not doing it, he is simply showing Borisov where things are going…“

According to him, in the future the revival of such a coalition would lead to escalation:

„There will never be a „Borisov“ cabinet again and Peevski will never be a minister. There will be huge resistance, there will be a civil war in Bulgaria. You will see! Then all sorts of warring groups will unite. Peevski has no voters, he has bought votes. Borisov has a corporate vote, an administrative vote, a mayoral vote, municipal companies, brokers. All of Borisov's brokers have switched to Peevski.“
