The state will take all actions that are written down by law, so that the victims of the fires are compensated.
This was stated by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Ivanov to bTV, quoted by FOCUS.
Ivanov commented that at the moment the most important thing is to first control the situation with the fires, so that then the reconstruction of the regions can begin.
Regarding the criticisms by President Rumen Radev and Vice President Iliana Yotova that there is a state, Ivanov replied that there is a state and this is visible in the actions that are currently being taken to control the situation with the fires. He added that such criticisms in a similar situation are not productive, but rather we should empathize with the tragedy of the victims and consider what actions to take to prevent this from happening again.
