Ivaylo Mirchev cut Borisov for a common right-wing presidential candidate: We have no business in Peevski and Borisov's bed - 1

Delyan Peevski governs this country through compromising material, folders with which he holds one or another politician, with the threat that he will indict them through his prosecutor's office. It is unlikely that the Slavchev and Sarafov tandem will move against their boss Peevski, but we are obliged to act institutionally. So that Peevski and his people do not continue to accumulate compromising material, we are introducing a serious legal change to the SRC - how the wiretapping is carried out, how it is motivated, how the collected data is then destroyed. We believe that this is the right way forward, so that there are no more people like Peevski when we manage to remove him. This was stated by Bozhidar Bozanov, MP from "We continue the change – Democratic Bulgaria" to journalists, quoted by novini.bg.
According to him, the SRCs should be kept as long as they are needed: "For national security, we propose that this be 10 years, not the previous 15 years. When a pre-trial proceeding is completed, there is no longer any need for them to be stored."

"We are also introducing amendments to the law on electronic identification, so that citizens can use electronic services from their phone at any time. While we are fighting the conquered state, Bulgarian business and citizens must be given maximum relief in order to develop the country's economy," he added.

Ivaylo Mirchev commented on the visit of Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Zafirov to China during the military parade in Beijing: "It became clear that he was presented as Deputy Prime Minister. He was not on vacation and he was not like a tourist with a camera and a backpack. This is a humiliation for Prime Minister Zhelyazkov, who says he did not know; a humiliation for Boyko Borisov, who travels around Europe and explains how great a Euro-Atlanticist he is, how he supports Ukraine and the West. The only adequate solution, so that the Prime Minister can also maintain dignity, is to request the resignation of Deputy Prime Minister Zafirov. The next time Von der Leyen or someone else comes, they should explain that GERB is cooperating with North Korea."

Regarding the loss of the GPS signal on Von der Leyen's plane, he specified: "Yesterday the Prime Minister showered us with tons of technical information, but it is a fact that there was a problem and it must be investigated in detail. Bulgaria is obliged to say what measures are being taken in this direction."

When asked about Borisov's confirmation of the idea of a joint presidential candidacy with the right-wing parties, Mirchev believes: "Borisov has gone to bed with Peevski, reached for the remote control and turned to the right-wing parties: "Come and support me for a joint candidacy". Borisov and Peevski are in tandem, this is clear and no one denies it. We have no business in Peevski and Borisov's bed."

Bozhanov commented on the arrest of Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev: "The CPC brutally violates the law by not giving the prosecutor's office the cases to take to court and consider the measure of detention. Absolute lawlessness is tolerated by Anton Slavchev, under the well-intentioned gaze of the prosecutor's office. Borisov should think about looking a little at the rule of law. Regarding the measure - they are waiting for a convenient judge on duty. We will also introduce such changes - so that the prosecutor's office does not set up convenient judges."
