Today the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre will present the new cadastral-administrative information system to main target groups – notaries, private and state bailiffs, registry judges, experts from the Directorate for National Construction Control, the “Road Infrastructure” Agency, the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria and others.
The event will be opened at 9:00 a.m. by the executive director of the agency, Eng. Milen Dimiev.
The system is built by “Information service“ JSC within the framework of the project "Development of the specialized information systems for spatial data of AGKK". It meets the modern requirements for network and information security, as well as the expected loads when providing data and services. It is expected that the deadline for the implementation of services provided to citizens, businesses, state and municipal administrations will be reduced, thanks to the automation of all possible processes for providing references and documents. The upgraded processes for providing internal electronic-administrative services aimed at securing the official exchange of information between state and municipal departments will contribute to the reduction of the administrative and financial burden for citizens and businesses.
According to the schedule developed by AGKK, the data migration from the old to the new portal will be done within 5 days, from 11.12.2024. (Wednesday) until 15.12.2024 (Sunday). During this period, the information systems and the KAIS electronic services portal will not be accessible, and the AGKK will not perform services from the cadastral map and cadastral registers, as it is necessary to carry out a complete shutdown of the current systems and transfer of all data.
