A man from Tvarditsa shot his fellow citizen with a crossbow, the press center of the regional police in Sliven announced. The case is from the evening of May 10, when the shooter and the victim went to the district office. The culprit confessed to what happened.
The victim was injured in the arm and his life is not in danger. The perpetrator was detained for 24 hours.
The crossbow - legally owned, has been seized.
