The prosecutor's office in Veliko Tarnovo has called as a defendant the owner of the weapon with which a child shot another in Arbanasi, NOVA reported.
The incident happened on May 12 during a birthday party. Both the child who pulled the trigger and the injured person are close to MP Yavor Bozhankov.
The gun belongs to the owner of the house. According to initial reports, it was left unattended. The District Prosecutor's Office in Veliko Tarnovo has notified the Directorate for “Social Assistance”, Department of “Child Protection” about the case.
