Sofia District Prosecutor's Office prosecuted 40 -year-old man who threatened to kill a woman and caused her bodily harm.
On September 28, around 10:00 p.m. in an apartment in Sofia, the accused A.K. threatened to kill I.K., telling her “I will cleanse you, I will kill you slowly, no one will find you”. After that, the accused hit the woman in the head with his hands and pulled her by the arms, as a result of which he caused her bodily harm.
The acts were committed in the conditions of domestic violence. Given the possibility that A.K. to commit another crime, he is detained by a prosecutor's decree for a period of up to 72 hours. A request to determine a measure of remand “detention in custody” is about to be submitted to the court.
