The only accused in the case of the murder of Dimitar Malinov from Tsalapitsa Rangel Bizyurev announced to the court that there was no other participant in the beating of Malinov.
This happens after yesterday the court heard a secret witness who claimed that one of the Dinkov twin brothers, accused of concealment, also took part in the beating of the murdered man – Borislav Dinkov.
The court also heard today the forensic doctors who performed the triple medical examination of the body of Dimitar Malinov.
The conclusion of the examination is that the cause of death was broken nasal bones from blows with a hard blunt object. Forensic doctors are adamant that the injury was not caused by a fall.
The 24-year-old man died of choking on blood as he lost his swallowing reflex after falling into a traumatic coma.
Experts do not rule out the possibility that the trauma was also caused by hitting a tree or a concrete pillar. According to the forensic doctors, Malinov had a chance to live if he had been given timely medical help in a hospital.
After the testimony of the secret witness, Dimitar Malinov's mother Atanaska Bakalova requested that the case be returned and that new charges be brought against Borislav Dinkov, bTV reports.
